JOB STATEMENT: This role is responsible for sales function of Crushing & Screening Equipment (All range of Metso Aggregates business products) through agent partners in the assigned territory.





JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for identifying & adding the new Agent Partners across the territory.

developing and implementing training programs for individual agents’ ensuring the required skill and personnel levels are within the partner’s organization.

Responsibility for all sales through agent partners within their stated territory, including meeting the performance targets, which are set annually and are included in the annual business plan.

Will be enhancing the market coverage and market expansion through agents channel.

Planning and implementing sales programs to promote Metso products, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service.

Responsible for ensuring agency agreement contracts for all agents are in place for audit purpose.

Responsible for timely processing of the agent invoices and their payment in committed time period.
