Job Description

Consultech is looking for an Accounts & Billing Executive to manage day-to-day accounting,

billing and financial documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices and billing documents.
- Maintain sales and purchase entries.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment matters.
- Prepare basic MIS and reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Requirements




- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounts experience.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Experience with billing and ledger reconciliation.
- Engineering/EPC/industrial company experience will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
