About the Role
GoOnline Trainings is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our
growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and working professionals,
understanding their learning requirements, and guiding them toward suitable online IT training programs. The ideal
candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to achieve enrollment
targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable training programs based on career goals.
- Explain course details, training methodologies, certifications, placement support, career opportunities, and fee structures.




- Handle inbound and outbound leads effectively and maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with students by providing excellent customer support.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and training experience for students.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and lead generation activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in the EdTech sector.

Required Skills
