Role Overview

Extraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented
Field Sales Executives (FSEs)
to drive business development through active market coverage and direct customer engagement.

The primary responsibility of the FSE will be to
identify potential customers through field visits, understand their business requirements, qualify genuine opportunities, and connect qualified prospects with our centralized Demo Team for detailed online product demonstrations.

This is a
field-intensive sales role
and requires candidates who are comfortable independently prospecting in the market,



interacting with business owners and decision-makers, and consistently building a qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Lead Generation
- Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory to identify potential customers.
- Independently generate leads through
market visits, industrial areas, commercial establishments, business clusters and other relevant locations
.
- Identify businesses that are suitable prospects for the company's software and technology solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers through consistent market activity.
- Research potential businesses before and during field visits to improve the quality of prospecting.

2. Customer Interaction & Requirement Understanding
- Meet business owners, decision-makers and other relevant stakeholders in person.
- Introduce the company and its software solutions professionally.
