About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head Transport Infrastructure to drive strategic business growth across Railways, Metro, Highways, Roads, Bridges, Logistics, Airports and Urban Mobility sectors.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in business development, advisory/management consulting, client engagement and strategic growth within the transport infrastructure sector, with a strong understanding of government, PSU, multilateral and development-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive business development initiatives across the Transport Infrastructure sector.
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities with Central & State Governments, PSUs, Multilateral Agencies and Development Partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, infrastructure agencies, funding institutions and strategic partners.
- Track infrastructure policies, government programmes, funding opportunities, investments and market trends in the transport sector.
- Lead preparation of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, technical proposals,



presentations and client pitches in collaboration with technical teams.
- Develop market-entry strategies, key-account plans and sector-specific business growth initiatives.
- Support strategic partnerships, consortiums and collaborations for large infrastructure consulting assignments.
- Develop thought leadership through white papers, technical publications, market intelligence reports and industry presentations.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, forums, client meetings and networking platforms.
- Actively build professional visibility and thought leadership through LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Promote innovation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Transport Infrastructure practice.
