We are looking for an experienced HR Executive

Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Industry: Power Transmission / Electrical Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accurate employee master data, attendance, leave, salary, and personal records.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and maintain payroll inputs, salary statements, deductions, reimbursements, and related reports.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance-related documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies, government departments, and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, ESI, leave, attendance, full & final settlement, and other HR matters.
- Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) and employee separation processes.




- Maintain HR MIS and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on employee-related matters.
- Support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR activities as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and payroll-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and labour-law compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software and MS Excel.
