Job Responsibilities :
- - Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day production activities for IV Fluids / Large Volume Parenterals (LVP).
- - Ensure production targets are achieved as per the approved production plan while maintaining product quality.
- - Supervise manufacturing processes including solution preparation, filtration, filling, sealing, sterilization, and packing.
- - Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, BMRs, and regulatory requirements.
- - Review and maintain batch manufacturing records, production logbooks, and other documentation.
- - Monitor production equipment, utilities, manpower, and material availability.
- - Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
- - Investigate production deviations, process issues, and breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- - Ensure proper line clearance, cleaning, sanitation, and contamination-control practices.
- - Monitor production yield, rejection, wastage, and productivity.
- - Train and guide production personnel on GMP, SOPs, safety, and operational procedures.




- - Ensure compliance with data integrity, documentation, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- - Participate in audits, inspections, validation activities, and regulatory compliance activities.
- - Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
- - Manage production manpower and shift schedules effectively.

Educational Qualification
- - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- - Candidates with relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing qualifications and experience will be preferred.
- Experience
- - 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in IV Fluids / LVP manufacturing.
- - Strong experience in production operations, GMP compliance, batch documentation, and team management is preferred.
