Role & responsibilities
- Manage operation, maintenance, qualification, and audit compliance of HVAC, purified water, and utility systems.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, shutdown activities, and daily monitoring of engineering equipment and utilities.
- Ensure equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), validation activities, calibration schedules, and compliance documentation are maintained.
- Manage inventory of engineering spares, vendor development, purchase requisitions, work completion, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate plant modification projects, equipment installations, and qualification activities with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Supervise electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and civil maintenance activities to ensure reliable and effective plant operations.
- Prepare and implement SOPs, preventive maintenance schedules, and support continuous improvement of engineering systems and utilities.
