Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop creative Api's, Pharmaceuticals.
- knowledge of DOE, concepts
Design and execute experiments to optimize reaction conditions,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
- Conduct literature searches, patent analysis, and intellectual property protection strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental data, results, and protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ph.D/Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from a reputed university or institute.
- experience in BULK DRUGS & INTERMEDIATE SYNTHESIS with expertise in Development .
- Strong understanding of analytical method development and validation principles.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
