Job Purpose

To drive sales and business development for industrial air compressors, air dryers, filters, air receivers, compressed air piping systems, and related products. The role involves developing new customers, managing existing accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing complete compressed-air solutions based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for compressors and related products.
- Develop new customers and identify potential industries and applications.
- Generate enquiries through customer visits, references, market research, and networking.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, quotations, and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and payments.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.

2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their compressed-air requirements.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and commercial discussions effectively.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.

3. Technical & Solution Selling
- Understand customer requirements related to air pressure, flow/CFM, operating hours, application, and air quality.
- Recommend suitable compressor systems and compressed-air solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical/service team for site surveys and technical evaluations.
- Promote energy-efficient compressor solutions and lifecycle-cost perks.
- Prepare presentations and technical-commercial proposals for customers.

4. Market Development
- Identify new industries
