Sales & Marketing Intern – CareerBanao

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, customer communication, digital marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate and identify potential leads through social media, online platforms, and other channels.

* Connect with prospective students/customers through calls, WhatsApp, messages, and other communication channels.

* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our programs and services.

* Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong communication with potential customers.

* Assist in promoting CareerBanao’s courses, programs, and services.

* Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, and online campaigns.

* Maintain and update lead/customer databases and daily activity reports.

* Work towards assigned targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.





* Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements:

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Confident and comfortable communicating with new people.

* Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or digital marketing.

* Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
