Job Description: Sales Team Leader – International BPO (Inbound Sales)

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented
Sales Team Leader
to join our International BPO – Inbound Sales Process. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team handling, sales performance management, and achieving targets in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 15–20 Sales Agents.
- Drive team performance and maximize conversion rates on inbound and outbound calls.
- Develop effective sales strategies for objection handling and deal closures.
- Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations and QA teams to achieve business goals.
- Motivate and guide the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum




1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO Sales Process
.
- Proven experience in team handling, sales, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and logical thinking abilities.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and manage a high-performing team in a target-driven environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
