Role Overview:

We are seeking Senior Product Engineer to lead the defect-fixing track for Retail Assets Automation testing and Retail Assets CR/Projects delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Finacle Retail Assets and experience managing teams handling Change Requests or production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Assets Engineering
- Lead defect fixing for Retail Assets Automation testing and Retail Assets CR/Projects delivery.
- Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Finacle Retail Assets enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
- Own test automation coverage for the Retail Assets module.
Production Stability
- Manage production stability across the Retail Assets environment.
- Triage and resolve critical incidents.




- Drive root-cause analysis and reduce recurring defects.
- Drive stabilization initiatives across entities including ENBD, EI, and international subsidiaries.
Team Leadership
- Manage and support a team of approximately 10–15 members handling CRs or production issues.
- Coordinate delivery and resolution activities across relevant teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Finacle Retail Assets.
- Prior experience managing a team of 10–15 professionals handling CRs or production issues.
- Experience in the design, configuration, and testing of Finacle enhancements, upgrades, and regulatory changes.
- Robust incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
