Type: Full-time | Customer Relationship & Digital Coordination We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken and proactive Relationship Manager to work across our stores and build robust relationships with our customers. YOUR ROLE Manage and maintain our WhatsApp customer database and customer records. Handle WhatsApp customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups and product communication. Manage and update the website customer/product database. Coordinate with customers and ensure timely responses and follow-ups. Visit our stores and shoot spontaneous/random shop videos—new arrivals, customer moments, collections, store activity and behind-the-scenes content. Coordinate with the team to collect product information, photographs and videos. Post relevant content on Pinterest and LinkedIn. Assist in maintaining a consistent digital presence and customer engagement. Track customer enquiries and follow-ups and help convert enquiries into store visits and sales.



Coordinate with the stores at Gariahat and Triangular Park. Support customer relationship building across Banarasi Kuthi and B K Fashions. IMPORTANT Instagram & Facebook posting will be handled by someone else. The Relationship Manager will work directly under SM Manager and coordinate closely with them for content, customer communication and digital activities.
