About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, organised, and people-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth coordination between clinical, front-office, patient-care, and administrative teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, delivering an exceptional patient experience, managing staff performance, and ensuring that clinic processes, standards, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Operations
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure the clinic functions efficiently and maintains high service standards.
- Monitor daily appointments, patient flow, procedures, and operational activities.
- Ensure availability of required equipment, consumables, medicines, and other clinic supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions.

2. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate clinic staff, including doctors, technicians,



receptionists, and support staff.
- Prepare and monitor staff schedules, shifts, and duty allocations.
- Ensure adequate staffing and smooth coordination during procedures and peak hours.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate organisational expectations.
- Support training, onboarding, and development of clinic employees.

3. Patient Experience
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and patient-centric setting.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns or complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient communication.
- Ensure timely appointments, consultations, procedures, follow-ups, and patient coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

4. Administration & Documentation
