Job Summary
- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving the sales of ABB switchgear & Weidmuller products with the clients of Durga Mechatronics in alignment with business objectives.
- The role focuses on marketing campaigns, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring effective communication across channels.
- Plays a key role in managing relations with the Principal company, managing the supply chain, training of products of self, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering business growth

Key Accountabilities

Drive sales of ABB switchgear & Weidmuller products with clients of Durga Mechatronics in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue.




- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain market intelligence, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Technical & Essential Skills
- Past sales experience in Industrial sales. Preference will be given to sales experience in Control Panel accessories
- Proficient in negotiation, team management
