About the Role

Incisive Healthcare® is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and professionally driven Corporate & Institutional Business Development Executive to strengthen our Institutional Sales Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business with hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare institutions, and hospital pharmacies while building long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy field sales, business development, relationship management, and creating new growth opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare institutions, and hospital pharmacies on a regular basis.
- Identify and develop recent institutional accounts and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Purchase Managers,



Hospital Administrators, Pharmacists, Doctors, and Dieticians.
- Conduct product presentations and business discussions.
- Manage quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Support hospital product empanelment and institutional onboarding processes.
- Generate repeat business and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales, account acquisition, and business development targets.
- Maintain daily reporting, follow-up records, and sales pipeline management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, billing, collections, and customer support.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development preferred.
- Experience in Hospital Sales, Institutional Sales, Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.
