About the Role

10–15 yrs exp. in C&B; & Payroll across plants & corporate.

Responsibilities
- Strong exposure to manufacturing setups, large employee base.
- Expertise in Payroll systems (SAP HR / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / Darwin box).
- Skilled in Compensation structuring, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
- Hands‑on with Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, IT, Gratuity, Bonus).
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, HR analytics, budgeting & cost analysis.
- End‑to‑end payroll, benefits administration & stakeholder management.

Qualifications
