Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and servicing sales of graphite concentrate and related products, developing new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing buyers. This is a field-oriented role focused on customer acquisition, order generation, and collections, working under the guidance of the Sales Manager and Sales Head.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and acquire new customers across target industries.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets for graphite products.
- Manage day-to-day communication with customers — enquiries, quotations, order follow-up, and after-sales coordination.




- Conduct regular customer visits and build long-term relationships with buyers.
- Coordinate with plant, production, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Follow up on payments and support timely collection within company policy.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, orders, and collections in the company's sales tracking system / CRM.
- Gather and report market intelligence — buyer requirements, competitor pricing, and demand trends.
- Submit regular activity and sales reports to the Sales Manager / Sales Head.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of B2B / industrial sales experience.
- Graduate in any discipline; a technical or science background is an advantage.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales and travel.
- Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to buyers.
