- Own the complete P&L; of the hospital, driving revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow and budgetary performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end hospital operations, ensuring optimal utilization of beds, OT, diagnostics, manpower, equipment and other resources.
- Drive business growth through consultant engagement, referral development, corporate business, patient acquisition and service-line expansion.
- Monitor and improve key revenue and operational KPIs including OPD/IPD volumes, occupancy, ARPOB, ALOS, OT utilization, realization, collections and EBITDA.
- Ensure billing accuracy, revenue assurance and leakage control across all clinical and non-clinical processes.
- Drive cost optimization across manpower, materials, consumables, vendors, services and facility management without compromising quality or patient care.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, performance and profitability targets.
- Maintain robust relationships with consultants, referral doctors, corporate clients, patients,



vendors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to quality, clinical, administrative, statutory and regulatory requirements, including timely renewals and certifications.
- Monitor patient experience, doctor satisfaction and operational gaps; implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality and business performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS reviews and performance improvement initiatives, providing strategic inputs to management.
- Oversee hospital infrastructure, projects, contracts, vendors, security, housekeeping, logistics, waste management and maintenance for optimum operational efficiency.
