Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Client Relationship Executive to join our software and digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our technical teams and our clients, managing relationships while providing knowledgeable, tech-savvy support for our software products and digital marketing solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, handling software, platform, and digital marketing inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Guide clients through software onboarding, system features, and the strategic application of our digital marketing tools.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot initial software glitches, account configurations, or campaign issues, escalating complex bugs to the development or technical SEO teams as needed.
- Manage end-to-end account requests, including software subscriptions, service renewals, and custom digital solution orders.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, technical tickets,



and account updates within the CRM system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, IT support, and marketing strategists to ensure seamless project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical software and digital marketing concepts clearly.
- Robust technical aptitude, with a baseline understanding of software platforms, SaaS products, or digital marketing infrastructure.
- Previous experience in a technical support, client success, or account management role within a software, tech, or digital marketing agency environment.
- Multilingual skills are a distinct advantage for serving diverse regional markets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of resolving client escalations efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
