Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee interior design project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between clients, contractors, and vendors while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance on-site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Resolve site-level issues and escalate when necessary.
Minimum Requirements
- Prior experience in site supervision (interior design or construction preferred).
- Robust organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary
₹15,000 + Petrol Allowances per month.
