Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant who can connect with job seekers in the UK market, understand their career requirements, explain our career and placement support services, and convert interested candidates into clients.

The ideal candidate should be confident communicating in English and comfortable handling candidates over calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates and understand their professional background, experience, career gaps, and career objectives.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates and maintain strong candidate relationships.




- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information about the recruitment and placement process.
- Coordinate with internal training, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or other recruitment tools.
- Achieve individual and team weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Follow UK market recruitment practices and maintain professional communication with UK-based candidates.

Requirements
- Freshers – 2 years of experience in recruitment, international recruitment, sales, counselling, or business development.
- Experience dealing with UK candidates or the UK recruitment market will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Zoom.
