- Gold Appraisal: Ensure accurate gold purity assessment, correct weighing, and strict LTV adherence.
- Vault Security: Manage safe custody of pledged gold and maintain dual-key vault operations.
- Portfolio Health: Track timely repayments, manage overdues, and execute auction procedures for defaulted loans.
- Compliance & Audit: Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines, internal audit checks, and mandatory KYC verification.
- Customer Service: Deliver fast loan processing, handle customer queries, and manage smooth gold releases.
- Team Leadership: Direct daily branch activities and mentor sales and valuation staff for target achievement.
- Local Marketing: Organize catchment area campaigns, referral drives, and field activities to acquire customers.
