Role & responsibilities

Production Planning & Control
- Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and available resources.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and quality departments to achieve production targets.
- Track production performance and identify bottlenecks for continuous improvement.

Manpower Planning
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production requirements.
- Monitor workforce utilization and coordinate with production teams for optimum productivity.
- Support capacity planning and resource allocation activities.

BOM Management
- Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOM) in ERP systems.
- Ensure BOM accuracy and coordinate with engineering and production teams for revisions.




- Analyze material consumption against BOM standards.

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Execute MRP activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor material shortages and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Review material forecasts and support procurement planning.

Vendor Management
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding material delivery schedules.
- Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure uninterrupted material supply.

Inventory Control
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock and stock-outs.
