Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations smoothly
Welcome & assist customers with a positive attitude
Maintain high standards of hygiene & store presentation
Ensure SOPs and operational guidelines are followed
Handle inventory, stock levels & basic records
Coordinate with team for daily task completion
Resolve customer queries professionally
Keep store clean, organised & well-maintained
Take ownership & lead the team effectively
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (must)
Well-presented, confident & professional personality
Strong customer handling & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Responsible, punctual & proactive mindset
Leadership & team management abilities
Prior experience in retail / hospitality / F&B; / store operations is a plus
