Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru South, intended for an immediate joiner. The Relationship Manager will interact with property owners, tenants,



and buyers to understand their requirements, provide property recommendations, and support them throughout the search and transaction process. The role involves managing leads generated through the platform, conducting regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth, brokerage-free experience for customers. The Relationship Manager will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, update customer and property information accurately, and contribute to achieving individual and team targets. The position requires proactive communication, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales, lead handling, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-oriented environment.
