Production Planning and Control

Creating Production Orders, MRP, Make/Buy Decision, Creating and Releasing PRs

Sub Contract Vendor Creation, Maintaining Vendor Directory, Selection of Vendor, Sending RFQ, Evaluating Vendor Responses,

Carry out Negotiations for better cost effectiveness, Creating and Releasing POs, Ensuring Quality compliances,

Vendor Evaluation, Bills forwarding and payment follow up, Collaborating with cross functional teams viz; Design,

Purchase, QA and Finance, Tracking delivery schedules

Vendor development Identifying Current Vendors, Vendor Assessment and Evaluation, Vendor Rating PCB Fabrication Out Sourcing

Gerber Version Control, PCB Raw Material Forecasting and Procurement, Coordinating with CAD, Design Team and

PCB Manufacturers

PCB Assembly Out Sourcing Finalizing Rate Contracts, Kitting of Materials for PCB Assembly, Material movement control to & from vendors

Knowledge of SAP MM and PP module
