Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to grow CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio through cross-selling of retail liabilities.
- Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and product penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve overall client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in branch banking or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CASA sales principles, products, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with customers.
