You Are…
- You have 2+ years of B2B outbound calling experience,



specifically targeting North American, European, or Middle Eastern markets.
- You possess a solid understanding of the technology or IoT industry, which is strongly preferred.
- You can confidently conduct outbound campaigns and communicate with Managers, Directors, VPs, C-level executives, and other senior decision-makers while introducing technology solutions.
- You are skilled in conducting detailed company and prospect research using LinkedIn, databases, and sales intelligence tools to identify genuine business needs.
- You understand how to manage campaigns across the entire funnel, including MQL, HQL, SQL, qualification frameworks.
- You are comfortable working against defined KPIs such as qualified opportunities, appointments booked, conversion rates, call quality, and campaign performance.
- You can maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up schedules, activity reports, and opportunity notes.
