Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Utilities C2M Designer
with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities implementations, solution design, and technical architecture. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable C2M solutions, leading design discussions, and providing technical guidance across implementation and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead
solution and technical design
for Oracle Utilities C2M implementations and enhancements.
- Design and review
inbound/outbound web services, XAI, file-based integrations, outbound messages, and service adapters
.
- Perform technical impact analysis, effort estimation, code/design reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Utilities and project architecture standards.




- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production issues.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and recommend scalable and maintainable solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of experience
in Oracle Utilities products.
- Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle C2M and/or CC&B;
.
- Experience in at least
1–2 end-to-end C2M/CC&B; implementations
.
- Solid understanding of
C2M architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations
.
- Good knowledge of
Java, Groovy, SQL, XML, and web services
.
- Excellent solution-design, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
