We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive / Admission Counsellor to join our growing admissions team.

Job Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain Helixora Academy's courses, programs, advantages, and admission process clearly.
- Understand the student's requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Handle questions and objections professionally.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with the admissions and management team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the admission decision is made.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, education sales, admissions, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to handle sales objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management systems.
- Malayalam communication is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in education sales or course admissions will have an advantage.
