Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
- Understand M1xchange's products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Engage with prospective customers, build rapport, generate interest, and identify business requirements.




- Deliver effective sales pitches and handle customer queries and objections.
- Drive customer acquisition and achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
- Collect customer information and KYC documents/data required for registration as per RBI norms.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Process customer registration applications professionally and accurately.
- Follow up with customers for any additional information or documentation required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Outbound Telecalling, Telesales, Sales Operations, or Business Development.
- Experience in B2B outbound telecalling is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Loans, or other financial products will be preferred.
