Job Title: Google Workspace Administrator / Operations Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Google Workspace Administrator / Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in administering and supporting enterprise collaboration environments.

The role will primarily focus on Google Workspace administration, Gmail, Google Calendar, security, user and access management, troubleshooting, and migration activities. The candidate will work with enterprise users and stakeholders to resolve collaboration-platform issues, maintain secure and reliable Workspace services, and support transformation/migration initiatives.

The role will also involve interaction with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, automation technologies, and up-to-date AI/automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an enterprise operations environment, handling incidents and service requests, troubleshooting complex issues,



and supporting users across collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Google Workspace Administration
- Administer and support Google Workspace / Google Admin Console in an enterprise environment.
- Manage users, groups, organizational units, roles, permissions and administrative policies.
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning and access changes.
- Configure and troubleshoot Google Workspace services and policies.
- Manage administrative settings based on business and security requirements.
- Monitor Workspace service health and investigate reported issues.

Gmail Administration
- Administer and troubleshoot Gmail for enterprise users.
- Troubleshoot mail delivery, routing, forwarding, spam and authentication-related issues.
- Configure and support Gmail policies and organizational settings.
- Investigate email delivery failures and related incidents.
