Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients and distributors across an assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the FMCG landscape, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the FMCG market.
- Identify and prospect current business opportunities, including potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored product solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments and product knowledge.




- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, identify market trends, and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers to maximize profits and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to effectively implement promotional activities, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports to management.
- Ensure optimal product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards are maintained at all retail outlets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with new product knowledge, market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments.
