Role Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production operations within the organization. Job Responsibilities
- Production Oversight:
- Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets as per plan.
- Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and workforce.
- Implement strategies for improving production efficiency and reducing waste.
- Team Management:
- Assign tasks to production operators and provide guidance to achieve production goals.
- Ensure team members adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Support staff training and skill development.
- Quality Control:




- Enforce quality control standards and oversee inspections to maintain product consistency.
- Monitor production processes, equipment, and workflows to ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining hygiene on the floor.
- Work closely with the QA team to address any product quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation of quality checks and production logs.
- Production Entry & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of production data into the system.
- Safety Compliance:
- Promote and enforce a safe work workplace by maintaining safety norms and compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety audits, identifying and addressing potential hazards in the production area.
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Store team to ensure availability of raw materials and resources required for uninterrupted production.
