Job Summary

We are looking for a Website Manager who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, updating, and improving websites for Banao Digital and its clients.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, developers, designers, SEO teams, and digital marketing teams to ensure websites remain updated, functional, secure, user-friendly, and optimized for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company and client websites.
- Regularly update website content, images, banners, products, services, and contact information.
- Coordinate with developers for website development, updates, bug fixing, and technical improvements.
- Coordinate with designers for website graphics, banners, layouts, and visual content.
- Monitor website performance, speed, responsiveness, and functionality.
- Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Manage website pages, menus, forms, links, and other website elements.
- Upload and manage website content through CMS platforms.
- Work with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify,



or other CMS systems where required.
- Perform basic website troubleshooting and identify technical issues.
- Coordinate domain, hosting, SSL, email, and basic website-related requirements.
- Monitor website uptime and report major technical issues.
- Implement basic on-page SEO requirements in coordination with the SEO team.
- Optimize website content and structure for better user experience.
- Track website analytics and performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Maintain backups and coordinate website security updates.
- Manage client website requests and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain a record of website changes, updates, and pending tasks.
- Conduct basic website quality checks before publishing changes.

Client Coordination

The Website Manager will also be responsible for communicating with clients regarding website requirements.
