About the Role

We are hiring our senior-most finance leader to own the entire finance function end-to-end and serve as the CEO’s primary co-pilot on commercial strategy, capital allocation, and business growth.

While an established Controllership & Accounts team is already in place to run day-to-day operations,
you will have the mandate and budget to build WorkIndia’s Business Finance function from scratch.
You will sit in every core strategic decision—pricing, unit economics, market expansion, fundraising,



and board reporting—with direct authority to shape how capital is deployed across the company.

What You Will Own

1. Business Finance & Commercial Strategy (Build from Scratch)
- Org Building:
Hire, structure, and scale WorkIndia’s dedicated Business Finance function, recruiting top-tier business partner analysts
- P&L; & Unit Economics:
Partner directly with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Growth leads to own business-line P&Ls;, CAC/LTV dynamics, monetization models, and contribution margins
- Strategic Commercial Support:
Drive advanced financial modeling and scenario planning for pricing structures, commercial partnerships, sales incentives, and new market entry
