Role Description
The Trainee Solution Consulting role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainee will support the consulting team by analyzing client requirements, helping design tailored service and product solutions, and assisting with demonstrations or presentations. Daily activities include gathering and organizing client data, preparing basic proposals or documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. The role also involves interacting with customers under guidance, responding to queries, and learning best practices in solution consulting, sales support, and customer service.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, assess data, and support solution design.




- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Customer Service skills to understand client challenges and contribute to appropriate solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support presentations, address basic objections, and assist in conversion activities.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Noida.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, presentations, and data management.
- Relevant academic background in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
