What You'll Do
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using NextJS, Flutter, and Golang.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional features.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create APIs that support the company's technical ecosystem.
- Mentor and develop junior developers to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.




- Manage and oversee the data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide production support as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in developing applications using NextJS, Flutter, and Golang.
- Strong background in building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Cassandra as database solutions.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and system performance optimization.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and solid analytical skills.
