Role Summary

We are looking for candidates with experience in Customer Incentives, Rebates, Agreement Administration, Customer Payments, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Operations. The candidate should have valuable communication, written English, and Excel skills, with the ability to handle financial reconciliations, agreements, payments, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer incentives, rebates, and promotional programs.

Handle customer payments, agreements, and financial reconciliation activities.

Validate agreements and resolve financial/process exceptions.

Generate and analyze operational and financial reports.

Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and risk-management standards.

Support continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and process-transformation initiatives.

Work in shared-services, commercial operations, or business operations environments.
