Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Location: Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar – Hisar and multiple locations (Punjab, Haryana, Himachal, Uttarakhand, etc.)
Department: Food & Beverage Service / Front of House
Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented Guest Service Associates (GSA) to be part of our service team at Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar. The GSA will be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service in a lively bar and lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve them efficiently.
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Handle billing, payments, and cash transactions as per company policy.
- Address guest queries,



feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support in setting up and closing down the restaurant area before and after service.
- Adhere to grooming, hygiene, and service standards of Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events to maximize sales.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, lounge, or hotel setup.
- Qualification in Hotel Management or relevant hospitality background preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of food & beverage service standards.
- Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
