Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelors degree with approximately 2-5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, alliance operations, channel operations, partner operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting sales, alliance, reseller, technology partner, or professional services programs is preferred.
- Experience with pipeline tracking, opportunity management, account operations, renewals, incentive administration, or business-review support.
- Strong organizational,



coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM systems, Power BI, or workflow tools is preferred.
- Ability to validate operational information, identify data-quality issues, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively with global stakeholders across time zones.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and time zones.
- Proactive approach to identifying risks, following up independently, and escalating issues appropriately.
