TAMIL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Central, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide support in Tamil.
- Communicate with customers through calls, messages, or other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements
- Must be fluent in Tamil – speaking and understanding is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English will be an advantage.
- Candidates with a customer support/BPO background will be preferred.
- Freshers with solid Tamil communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
