We are hiring for the Team Lead Customization.

Required Skills:
- Development and testing of complex customizations in OB products Mainly FCUBS, OBPM, OBBRN, OBTF and OBMA products (OBCFPM, OBCLPM, OBTFPM)
- Leading a team of freshers/juniors to guide them in the development process
- Design and Code review

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team lead role,
- Responsible for design, documentation, development and unit testing of complex customizations in the products mentioned above.
- Providing technical design and guiding a team of junior developers during development.
- Code review
- Training freshers

Technical skills: Java full stack, PL/SQL, REST services, technical architecture of the products mentioned below

Domain skills: FCUBS, OBPM, OBBRN, OBTF and OBMA products (OBCFPM, OBCLPM, OBTFPM)

Soft Skills: Team management, communication

Experience: 4 8 Years

Job Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Education: Bachelors in Eng or Science with computer science background / Masters in related streams
