Cybez is seeking a results-oriented E-commerce Performance Marketing Executive to spearhead customer acquisition and revenue growth for our D2C client portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end performance channels, optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and driving scalable profitability across paid ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and scale high-ROAS paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping), and prospective ad channels.
- Creative Iteration & CRO: Collaborate with creative and content teams to test new ad hooks, UGC concepts, and landing page layouts to continuously improve conversion rates and lower CAC.
- Catalog & Feed Management: Oversee and troubleshoot Google Merchant Center feeds, Meta product catalogs, custom audience segments, and dynamic retargeting setups.
- Data & Analytics Tracking: Daily monitoring and deep-dive analysis of key metrics including Blended ROAS, Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), CTR, CPA, and overall funnel drop-off points.
- Budget Optimization:



Manage ad spend efficiently across multiple client budgets to ensure target KPIs are met without overspending.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running performance ads specifically for D2C/E-commerce accounts (digital agency experience is a strong plus).
- Tool Proficiency: Robust proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMax), Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Tracking & Attribution: Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4) and basic UTM tracking parameters.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical ability to read spreadsheets, spot trends, interpret numbers, and translate performance data into actionable scaling strategies.
