Role Overview

We're hiring Trainee Engineers – with 1+ years of experience in the Solar / BESS / RE domain.

Hadapsar, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

● Support the execution and installation of Solar / BESS / RE projects.

● Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

● Monitor site activities and maintain project documentation.

● Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.

● Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

● Prepare progress reports and assist in project tracking.

● Assist in site surveys, project planning, and technical assessments.

● On Site execution & coordination of projects
