Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gorakhpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring current clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Additional tasks include managing sales negotiations, tracking market trends, implementing effective sales strategies,



and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and account management
- Knowledge of the agricultural or food industry, with a preference for prior experience in rice or grain sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
