- Drive department sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the department efficiently.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and proper stock display.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Analyze sales reports and implement action plans for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
