We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Kovilpatti. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping us grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market outreach.
- Client Engagement: Pitch our products/services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Market Research: Keep an eye on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to spot new growth opportunities.
- Sales Coordination: Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate CRM/database records,



and coordinate with the internal team to close deals efficiently.

Qualifications
- Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil. Proficiency in English is a robust plus.
- Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email communication.
- Education: Any graduate (B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.) or Diploma holder with a strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Experience: Freshers with great communication skills are welcome, though 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work towards targets.

Pay: ₹11,583.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
